The disinfecting misting machine can disinfect various vehicles such as cars and trucks. The fine mist can 360° completely cover the vehicles. The pipes and nozzles can be emptied automatically without clogging. The droplets are uniform, well distributed, and have no dead ends.
The disinfecting misting machine is equipped with a 220V/110V power pump. The dosing device inhales the disinfectant, the special disinfection nozzle is not easily affected by wind, and the spray rate of 0.4 liters per square meter is guaranteed. The nozzles arranged on the pillar can mist the vehicle from all sides and the bottom side. Ensure the disinfection of the entire surface of all vehicles. The disinfectant mist is safe, it will not harm our body.
1. How does a disinfecting misting machine work?
It uses a high-pressure plunger pump to pressurize the water, transfer it to the nozzle through a pipeline, and mist it out under the high-speed collision. The disinfectant is harmless, such as sodium hypochlorite solution. And the disinfecting misting machine is also equipped with infrared detectors (Sensors). As long as people or vehicles enter, it will be activated for disinfection.
2. What are the benefits of a disinfecting misting machine?
■ The lowest power consumption, only 1kW of electricity, is required.
■ Using a 10-liter disinfectant concentrate tank, up to 11,000 disinfection processes can be carried out. At the same time, the water loss in the process is significantly lower than in other models.
■ 100% harmless disinfectant. The pH value of the mixture of concentrate and water is 7. The pH of clean drinking water is between 7 and 8.5.
■ Ingenious high-pressure pump. The pressure generated by 70bar is much higher than the standard 2-3bar high-pressure pump on the market. As a result, smaller droplets and more delicate mist are produced, and a larger area can be disinfected in a shorter time.
■ No manual maintenance. The nozzle can be easily unscrewed, cleaned, or replaced manually.
■ Durable. The pump is designed for continuous circulation.
